- Market Outlook / Competition
- I have only seen one other company do something remotely similar to FUSE and that was a company called Sweet Shot Cookies in Chicago (who focused more on retail). Customizable filled cookies haven't really been sold before. The "filled cookie" market is almost entirely through e-commerce right now, and those cookies are not customizable. There is a huge potential for this kind of business.
- Opportunities for Growth
- There were two main reasons this business stayed at break-even, even though customers loved it and we were steadily growing. When I started this business in 2022, I was working full time. Because of that, FUSE was only operational Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (March-November). Being open only 3 days a week kept my fixed costs on a monthly basis too high, since I couldn't divide them down over more days being open (rent, insurance, advertising costs, etc.). The other main reason was I had my pricing set a bit too low for the current market.

- I really do love this business and want to see it succeed. That being said, I would be more than happy to provide up to one month of in-person training on every aspect of the business (Toast POS service, COGS sheets, making the cookies, ice cream suppliers, etc). I can also be available via phone for 3 months after the sale if needed.
