The Company prides itself on receiving virtually no rejects, and delivering goods within deadlines. Full staff of technicians that are cross-trained to operate multiple machines with a plant manager to lead day-today production.

Seller takes more of an admin role working 30 hours per week, two days of which are at the facility, the other days are spent out of state.

Just-in-time inventory ordering, with state of the art machinery to offer a very vast capabilities portfolio. Customers have been originated by word of mouth and currently there is no (nor has there been) any effort to seek out new customers. However the Seller is very excited at the prospect of a Buyer continuing the legacy, most organically by calling through previous clients. Seller is seeking to retire and believes in a reasonable transitional phase. This listing will experience a significant Buyer response, thus a conversation with the Broker is necessary for capital stack qualification purposes prior to sending an NDA.
