Sales are from inventory or by special order. Seller will deliver to customer but does not install equipment. Seller has a list of potential installers customer can call. Long-time, dependable customers are allowed payment terms. New customers and those with questionable credit pay cash or use credit cards. There is no noticeable seasonality to sales but June thru September produces the highest sales volumes.
Real estate from which the company operates is included in the sale. Steel frame, metal building with approx 6,900 sf is located near major streets with easy access to interstate highway system. The building has a showroom area with offices, a warehouse area and a dock level loading pit. A mezzanine over the warehouse area is not counted in the 6,900 sf above.
