The Transaction: The seller is open to all reasonable offers and terms.
The business is being offered for $2,200,000. This would include all assets used in the business, except accounts receivable, cash-on-hand, and any leasehold security deposit. This is for the entire business including, as applicable, the business name, trade names, trademarks, proprietary methods and procedures, any other intellectual property, customer lists, vendor/supplier information, sales backlog, goodwill, tangible assets, (tools, apparatus, furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
