Residential and commercial floor cleaning specializing in tile and grout cleaning and sealing, and carpet cleaning. I also have the ability to clean natural stone. I also do some minor repairs to tile and grout including recaulking showers. I currently cover Sussex County Delaware, and Worchester, Wicomico, Sumerset, Dorchester, and Talbot Countys in Maryland I do have one big account in Queens Anne County Maryland. Currently doing $40,000/year in commercial. Most of my business is at the Maryland and Delaware beaches.

- Currently due to health issues of age I am working one job a day 3-4 days a week so, the growth potential is great. It would be very easy to do 2-3 jobs a day 5-7 days a week. There are several areas of service that could be added like hardwood floors, strip and wax VCT, and natural stone hone and polish. In the last few years, I have been slowing down physically and haven't been doing any marketing except Angi leads. I also don't do any social media, and my web site could use optimizing. Other opportunities include air duct cleaning or power washing.
