- Its all on your risk tolerance we had 18 splicers and a whole construction division but it was to much for me and what my tolerance was so I decided to close the construction down and move to a 1-2 jobsite at a time kind of company. Which now only requires 4 guys. But we still have equipment to ramp up to 8 if thats what you would want to do.
