Contractor has been with FedEx since 2008 with a Gold Status.
There are 11 employees with one of them as the BC (Business contact) servicing 12 routes. Most of the employees have been with this contractor more than 5 years and the BC has been there for 13 years. Thirteen (13) trucks well maintained will be transferred free and clear at closing. One truck is a back-up.
FedEx will very soon combine Express and Services volume into the Ground network, boosting revenue potential, from those formerly separate subsidiaries for each route, at no additional cost to the route owners.
FedEx requires buyers to be or become approved. To become an authorized officer for FedEx, a potential buyer will need to provide a personal financial statement, have a social security number so FedEx can run a background check, have good credit and a solid understanding of the FedEx ISP model as a business plan will be required.
