Seeking Hair and Nail Salon operator that needs the perfect high traffic and beautifully built-out high-end salon in affluent shopping area in Suburban Maryland. This location was taken over by Seller at the request of landlord, but does not fit his Virginia geographic strategy.
Seller has only operated it for a partial year in 2024 and has returned it to profitability, but has not had the time to build it into the highly profitable business it whould be. Seller would prefer to sell it to an experienced salon owner that wants to focus in Maryland.
There are three full time and three part time techs who all operate on a 50% commission basis.
