The snow side of the biz:
Gallatin Valley is growing fast. The demand exceeds the supply of snow contractors. There are other snow plow companies, none that have the same equipment as this company has. Nor can they touch our efficiency.

The SWPPP side of the biz:
The construction is running rampant in the valley. The bigger construction companies would rather pay their employees for productivity rather than have them sweep up dirt after hours ( and on Overtime ) No other competition that I have come across.
Opportunities for Growth
Snow side: Growth? YES, how? say yes more, get more people to run the equipment or have them run in shifts.
Every year I turn down dozens of jobs. Snow plowing companies and potential clients see the work we do and the equipment we run and how efficient we are.
SWPPP side: Growth? Yes, How? There are many BMP's to dive into that go hand in hand with the SWPPP. I'm only doing 1 of them. That's enough for me. But to grow it, do some of the others.
