Needs to be worked on to capture customers going to new business which opened in the last 2 years.
Competitors recently opened in Sycamore which is driving customers away, but those locations are owned by corporate so the service is not good.
This location is one of my many locations and I don't have the time to dedicate to it to recapture those customers. This location needs an owner operator that can work with the staff and provide exceptional customer service to bring back the customers that once were loyal. - Opportunities for Growth
- Facebook is opening a gigantic campus in Sycamore which is certain to bring customers to the town.
The location is in a really good spot almost in front of a mcdonalds and in the same parking lot as two schools and several businesses, so there is a lot of potencial for someone looking to rebuild a location that is well established and a great brand.
