We are a FedEx Authorized Ship Center, a DHL Authorized Shipping Center as well as a DHL (ADL) Alternative Delivery Location. We offer ocean and air international shipping through Meest. We are also an Authorized Shipper through the USPS as well as a (CMRA) Commercial Mail Receiving Agency with over 550 active mailboxes, and work with 3 virtual mailbox companies and a virtual office company. We also have the ability to quote and book freight shipments. We offer Fax services, Document Shredding, Laminating and Copy Services on a dedicated high-speed B/W copier as well as high-speed full color press. We offer digital fingerprint services, café computer rental, key cutting, pre inked rubber stamp creation and CD/DVD duplication along with Notary services. We are a Verizon & Simple Mobile Prepaid Authorized Dealer and offer reloading for 25 of the top PrePaid cellular providers. We are partnered with five package pickup services as well as two luggage storage services. We have packing materials for sale to the public such as over 70 sizes of regularly stocked boxes, tape, 10 sizes of bubble mailers and bubble wrap in small and large rolls, packing peanuts and specialty shipping supplies along with hundreds of greeting cards. We own all of our equipment except for the Credit Card Terminals, which are leased. We have a leased corner unit that has excellent access from 2 major roads. There is a door on both sides with parking in front of each one. There is plenty of parking in our main parking lot with easy access for freight truck pickups and deliveries. Our plaza received a face lift in 2012 and we had our lighted sign refaced in 2018. All of the furnishings and equipment like computers and the many copiers all owned outright by us with the exception of our 2 Verifone credit card terminals which are leased, and our live scan fingerprint terminal.
Market Outlook / Competition
We are in a high traffic location with easy access and plenty of front door parking for customers with heavy packages to ship. We also have a large parking lot for large truck access. There is a UPS store close by, but there is no other private ship center on this side of town which opens the door for all sorts of opportunities. Being private allows you to offer any services you feel will benefit your customers without being limited by a franchise agreement. We have many companies we work with and offer more than the typical shipcenter.
Opportunities for Growth
The shipping association that we are members of, have a program where you are guaranteed to be approved as a UPS ASO (Approved Shipping Outlet). So, if you wanted to offer UPS services along with the FedEx, DHL and USPS that we already offer, you can. There are also many other options to grow and expand this business. We are a location with a protected area that you can offer package pickup and shipping services through their app. We have not been able to implement it yet. Along with that, we were looking at offering local pickup at nearby hotels
