We are a Medicaid-Provider approved by the State of Michigan. We provide caregivers to eligible Medicaid clients to render non-complex care such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc.

Over 450 Clients, and roughly 350 employees.

At the very basis of it, we almost exclusively hire family members who are already taking care of their loved ones, and offer to pay them for the work they're already doing taking care of a loved one. We bill the client's medicaid for the services and receive a flat rate from the State of Michigan.

Low overhead and low personnel required to run the business. Only 3 Administrative Employees, all the rest are caregivers.
