Founded in 2003, this 20-year-old business was established in order to fill a gap in the beauty industry by providing affordable, brightly colored nail polish.

The original business was built around traditional retail distribution, but has gradually transitioned predominantly to e-commerce sales. Online direct to consumer sales are transacted through the business website and Walmart.com. In addition, the Owner has continued to provide limited discount retail distribution, while also offering opportunities for wholesale and private label distribution.

The Seller is based in West Michigan and runs the business from his home, but this business can be relocated anywhere that has space for inventory storage and order fulfillment.

The Owner has no employees and currently works part time in the business as required to fulfill orders. Products and materials (lacquer, bottles, brushes, etc.) are shipped directly to the Seller and orders are filled as they are received. Inventory includes more than 300 gallons of lacquer, a large supply of glass bottles, caps and brushes. The current supply of lacquer would yield more than 220,000 bottles of nail polish.
