Our club has a strong membership base and benefits from the foot traffic brought in by nearby residences and businesses surrounding the location such as a gas station, daycare, liquor store and dance studio. Plus, with new homes on the horizon in Roberts for 2025, and being the only gym in town, there's even more growth on the way!
Since taking the reins in July 2016, my family and I have been passionate about promoting health and wellness in our community. Fitness has been a healing journey for me, and as we look toward new ventures, I'm eager to find someone who can carry on serving our valued members as soon as possible.
We previously owned the Hudson location but after pandemic restraints made it impossible to get it recovered, we let it go so it wouldn’t drag down our Roberts location, which is performing well. It’s time for a new lease and the landlord is willing to work with you. As part of this deal, you’ll get all the equipment, and we just painted our interior. You’ll need new outdoor signage, as well as within a year, Snap Fitness corporate will ask you to upgrade some equipment. With that said, in our 8.5 years of owning and operating this franchise, we definitely have relationships and strategies to help you save money as you take ownership and run with it!
Whether you're starting your business journey or adding to your entrepreneurial portfolio, Snap Fitness provides robust support with training from Snap Fitness University and guidance from a dedicated Snap business coach. Plus, I'll provide insights and information you need for a smooth transition to success. You'll want to plan staff help, either yourself or an employee/1099 (or trade with members) help at least a few hours daily M-Fr so people can come in to sign up. Alternatively, I've created a simple remote sign up process that allows you to help someone over the phone and then arrange for them pick up their 24/7 access card from our after hours pick up box. Thinking outside of the "box" has made our members really happy as they know we have their busy schedules in mind!

- We are currently the only gym location in our immediate Roberts, WI area, Hammond, WI. These sister cities share the St. Croix Central School District, with the elementary in Roberts and the middle and high schools in Hammond just a few miles down the road. Many residents have students at each of the schools, so we see a lot of traffic back and forth. There are two online personal trainers in our area, both are members at the club.

- There are new developments happening, our area is really growing. With so much visibility on Hwy 12, and our involvement with the school district, there is a great opportunity for more growth. Another growth area is offering more robust personal training services. Many customers will invest in increased accountability. Cons might be needing more space if you wanted to get into group personal training, but it is doable with the space we currently have due to our strategic set up in the club.
