I have owned and operated this food truck out of Weber and Davis county Utah for the last six plus years. The food truck has been profitable since year one, and gets busier every year. This last fall we had decided to finally open a store. We took the original menu and added some additional items for the storefront to help give more options to people. This is a very simple business model. We are able to be very fast and efficient with serving food. We get calls all year long for different catering jobs, and we get into the very large city events throughout the year. There is not much food waste with this model, and the food cost is relatively low. I am selling the territory as well as the food truck, and the store front.
