This will be your opportunity to own a fully supported commercial cleaning company that generates income from multiple revenue streams. The parent company is seeking partnership candidates with either; executive management and/or sales management backgrounds. This is a professional, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm position. The master will not be responsible for cleaning. The master partner is responsible for growing and supporting unit franchisees in the market.
Residual Monthly Revenue Streams Include:

- Franchise fees – 100%
- Financing of franchise contracts
- Administrating franchise notes
- Monthly royalties (50% share to master)
- Marketing fees
- Supplies and equipment leasing and sales

The Master sells and supports individual unit franchisees (sub-franchisees). The Master is the owner and operator of their own regional company with full support from the parent company. There is already strong contracts in place. There is room to grow an additional 50 plus franchise units in this market. Full training and ongoing support will be included.
