During the busy season, you can expect to do very well from may-september. March, April,October, and November depend on the weather but still have rentals.

Currently there is 2 owners of the business and this has been operated as a side business. We have a very strong website and rarely spend money on advertisement. Right now we average 2,300 visits to our website per month. We rent 2 15x30 storage units and own all of our inventory. Expenses depend on how much work you delegate.
