BUSINESS OVERVIEW: Hill Country Junk (HCJ) is a fully insured rubbish removal company established in July 2019 and began operating with just a single service offering: Full Service Junk Removal in which a 2-man labor team is dispatched to the client property where they load up items as directed by the client. Those items are taken to resale shops, the iron scrap or the county dump. However, in August 2020 the organization expanded to offer both 15-yard and 25-yard Dumpster Rentals. HCJ now has 60 dumpsters in inventory.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: Hill Country Junk (HCJ) is a C-Corporation with 1,000 shares. It is solely owned by Anne Lynnette Gallas (100%).

She assisted in the family residential construction business for 11 years and currently works as the Human Resources Manager for a local private school.

MARKETING: Hill Country Junk (HCJ) entered the immediate local market in August 2019 with a functioning Company website, Facebook site, small signage in the Canyon Lake area, as well as paid for (6) newspaper ads in the New Braunfels Herald Zeitung, and became members of both the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and San Antonio Investment Real Estate associations.
To gain more market visibility/awareness/share, marketing efforts increased in July 2020 to include (2) large billboards in Canyon Lake, (1) large billboard in New Braunfels, (3) newspaper ads in the New Braunfels Herald Zeitung, weekly newspaper ads in the Boerne Star, and membership with the New Braunfels and Bulverde/Spring Branch Chambers of Commerce.
