I opened this hostel in November of 2018. It has been a really rewarding venture, with endless opportunities to meet all kinds of people. I expanded it in December of 2020 with the acquisition of an adjacent building that included a parking lot. With the sale of that building- mitigating some overhanging debt from the renovation of it- I have decided that the hostel is ready to be handed over to someone who can give it a fresh face again. It comes with everything you need to be running it yourself in no time at all. All financials are available and will drop them in below. Located in historic building in downtown Duluth, MN, an ideal location close to most everything. Building is leased, but could easily be purchased from the owner, or a new long-term lease can be renegotiated.
