Business Description
The company was established in 2015 as a logistics and e-commerce business. Today their primary function is providing warehousing, distribution and fulfillment for the tabletop game industry. The have all but ceased the e-commerce side.
The company’s growth from $2.8M in 2021 to $7.6M in 2024 came primarily from their fulfillment business. This segment offers the highest margins and the strongest growth potential. However, they had maintained an e-commerce business which generated about $2.2M of the 2024 revenue. In 2025 the company started scaling back its efforts on the e-commerce segment of the company. The e-commerce side of the business is virtually nonexistent now as ownership has weaned off the lower margin segment and is focusing on continuing to grow the fulfillment side of the company. Revenue in 2025 came in at $5.0M partially because of a $1.2M decrease in e-commerce by design and also because of the uncertainty of the tariffs announced in April of 2025. Consequently, the tariff reaction by the producers and manufacturers kept containers offshore or slowed down shipments which affected the last eight months of 2025 and Q1 of 2026. However, now that producers worldwide have had a chance to build tariffs into their cost models, 2026 revenue projection is expected to exceed 2025 by $500,000 to $1,000,000 on the higher margin fulfillment segment. The net margin on the e-commerce business was about 10% which equates to a little over $200,000 of the $1,500,000 seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE) for 2024. The net margin on the fulfillment side is closer to 22%. Ownership projection for 2026 SDE is between $1,050,000 and $1,200,000.
