PROCESS
1. Discovery & CIM Phase

Candidates will advance to this stage based on the Indication of Interest Letters (IOIs) and management discretion. Meetings and calls with management will be scheduled during this time.
4. Letter of Intent
After management calls and meetings, and further customary review, we ask that all interested candidates submit a detailed Letter of Intent (LOI) for consideration.
