This is a modest franchise opportunity, in the Carpet Cleaning business. And it is "modest", because it is essentially a part-time business, as it is right now. It can be increased through more aggressive promotion, and by using the same strategy to add services for hard flooring cleaning, such as tile and other surfaces. The strength of this opportunity lies in the database of past Clients, (many of which are Commercial in nature,) which can be used for introducing such additional services. The majority of current Revenue is derived from those past Clients, as well as referrals from those same people in a database that began with the inception of the business, 23 years ago!
