Organizing and attending board meetings
Preparing agendas, notices, and minutes
Maintaining HOA records, governing documents, and archives
Acting as liaison between the board and homeowners
Ensuring compliance with state HOA laws and CC&Rs
Financial Management

Collecting assessments and dues
Managing operating and reserve accounts
Preparing monthly and annual financial reports
Assisting with budgets and reserve studies
