It is currently being run as an absentee owner. I think it would do better if the owner were more involved. We have two other locations that have our primary focus. It has a great lease, and very low overhead. This bar does very well during the football season and OU is expected to increase their enrollment over the next 5 years. We are open to offers, would recommend someone making the purchase prior to football season!
