In addition to retail, we've established healthy contracts with distributors and large venues in the region. Furthermore, we have steady revenue from UberEats and Grubhub, since 2018. Store hours for 35 years were reliably 7 days per week, 8am-8pm. For the past couple years, as the owners approach retirement, store hours have been reduced to Tuesday-Sunday 9-6 (closed on Mondays), but can be expanded back to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week based on current demand.
