The customer base is a B to B type system. Your clients are the end users of the products. 

Product line consists of over 500 squ #s 
Candidates must be physically fit and be able to pass a DOT physical. 

These are NEW routes with NO sales. Just a customer list and the needed marketing to bring the products to the clients. 

New owner could load products up to 5 days a week if they choose. 
Store visits are set up on a weekly schedule.
This is a 5 day a week business. No Weekends. 
 At least 2 weeks of training will be provided to the new owner and possibly more if needed.

Candidates MUST buy their own van. 
Box Trucks or # 3500 series vans only. 
The truck must get lettered at your expense.
Must obtain workers comp
Must have own vehicle insurance 
Must create an LLC for this entity. 
Will be paid as a 1099 contractor. 

This is a protected territory, you'd be the only one able to sell the product line in your area. 

There will be Cash Accounts, Credit card accounts and accounts with terms. 

This is an entry level opportunity with huge upside potential. 

Current route owners average $ 350,000 gross sales a year. Most work a 3 day week.
The average net on the route is 18%.
