Founded in 2011, the Company is a vertically integrated architectural millwork manufacturer and installer serving commercial general contractors across the southeastern United States. It designs, engineers, fabricates, finishes, delivers and installs high-end interior millwork and related trades — typically on a supply-and-install basis, with installation managed as its own profit center.

The Company manufactures in-house across four disciplines; wood, stone, metal, and finishing, plus mirror and glass, allowing it to take a complete interior package under one contract rather than a millwork line alone. Production runs from two facilities: an established South Florida fabrication and finishing shop, and a wholly-owned offshore plant commissioned in 2022 that provides low-cost capacity at scale. Imports clear customs at the Company's own warehouse, a cost and timing advantage over competitors importing through third parties.

Work is won through invitations to bid from general contractors — a base that includes ENR-ranked national builders and leading regional firms. The customer book is genuinely relationship-driven: over 80% of historical contract value has come from customers who awarded more than one project, with several relationships running four to six years. End markets are diversified across hospitality, senior living, corporate office, multifamily, healthcare, education, government and aviation.
