- Seller's operations are Not contractually locked into hauling for Amazon alone but Seller has built a smooth and profitable operation dedicated to hauling for Amazon under extended contracts. Buyer however, could go run off of load boards like DAT/Truck Stop, run for Uber Freight or UPS, or Lease on with Schneider or Landstar but Amazon has made it where we never leave. Additionally, as a consumer Amazon more than likely shows up at your door everyday... We also buy a good portion of our truck parts right off of Amazon.com.

- There seems to be No end in sight to Amazon's business expansion plans. Just in the Seller's region Amazon seems to be opening another New Linehaul Warehouse about every 3-4 months. Amazon just recently opened a Monster Linehaul terminal in the West Valley of Phoenix and about another 4 smaller location pickup & delivery sites. Las Vegas + 5 and Amazon purchased 350 acres in Henderson. The same is happening in SCal, Albuquerque, and El Paso. Additionally, about every 2nd run you will send an Amazon empty trailer to a customer Live Load.
