This has been a profitable enterprise on eBay since 2018, operating out of my garage. I buy outboard motors, in any condition, at very reasonable prices. I harvest all usable, working components; clean, catalog, list, sell, and ship all over the US and the rest of the world. My current stock is systematically stored in 27 file cabinets and the better half of a 20' Connex container. In addition to the over $92,000 worth of parts currently listed for sale, I have 20-25 in-tact motors waiting to be processed! (They are under cover for the winter.)
I have maintained an on-line presence only, though I know it would be much more profitable to advertise and sell locally, as well.
