The business specializes in outsourced Credentialing, Payor Enrollment, and Revenue Cycle Management services. The Company has an existing client base diversified across revenue, practice specialty, and geography with strong repeat business and recurring revenue components.

Founded in 1998, the Company has established systems and processes along with long-standing relationships with customers and referral sources. While the Company is “based” in Dallas, Texas, the workforce is fully-remote and can be easily relocated and/or integrated into a larger organization if desired.

The primary service offered is outsourced payor enrollment, whereby the Company assists healthcare providers with the process of credentialing and contracting with insurance carriers to become “in-network” providers. Following the enrollment process, many providers elect to participate in the Company’s maintenance program which ensures they maintain their network status.

In addition to the payor enrollment services, the Company provides billing / revenue cycle management (“RCM”) services to certain credentialing clients, providing them with a “all-in-one” solution.

The Company leverages a hybrid workforce with both onshore (U.S. based) and offshore resources. The company employs 6 FTEs within the U.S. including the leadership team and several credentialing managers. The U.S. personnel are supported by 6 offshore credentialing staff and 3 billing staff. The offshore personnel are contracted through offshore staffing companies who employ the individuals directly. It is expected that all the individuals listed above would remain with the business following a transaction if desired by the buyer.
