Resale has always been a growing trend; we are at a point that we need someone with a growth and Enginuity mindset to take over the business. The owner (me) that started the business is older, past retirement age, and technologically challenged and not wanting to progress to grow due to age and health. Just to be "short and sweet," I have never had much of a sense of how to run and operate a business.
