Introduction

Founded by Erik Wiese in 1993, this family run business provides outstanding Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential Development services in San Diego County. For over 22 years, we have been helping business owners acquire buildings, lease out vacancies, manage their real estate portfolio and sell their investment property. We have also helped developers in identifying unmet market needs and assisted them through the acquisition, entitlement, leasing and sales process.

The last several years have been very challenging. Short sales, note purchases, foreclosures, bankruptcy auctions and bank real estate owned (REO) transactions have added additional opportunities for the sophisticated buyer. For many of our clients, getting a loan or finding a suitable 1031 exchange has not been easy. However, Wiese & Associates has been able to anticipate environmental, tax and zoning issues and been able to proactively solve these problems in order to facilitate quicker closings. If you are a buyer, we have an extensive database of lenders which will allow us to help match you with a qualified lender.

Ultimately, an essential component of every strategy in this challenging market is the introduction of buyers to sellers and tenants to landlords. Unlike some brokers who wait for the phone to ring, we actively solicit opportunities that will satisfy these unmet needs both on the phone and in person. In many cases, a property doesn’t even hit the market before we lease or sell it.
