Jared Lubeck is a seasoned business broker who has been advising business owners and entrepreneurs across Arizona since 2016. Over his career, he has sold more than $100 million worth of businesses and commercial properties, facilitating the successful transfer of more than 250 companies ranging in value from $100,000 to $20 million. His expertise covers every stage of the process—from valuation and confidential marketing to deal structuring and SBA financing—making him a trusted resource for buyers and sellers navigating complex transactions.
Beyond his brokerage practice, Jared is an entrepreneur himself, actively owning and managing businesses across a wide range of industries, including senior assisted living, property services, event and media production, trucking, excavation, UTV rentals, income-producing real estate, and a roll shutter manufacturing and installation company. This firsthand experience allows him to relate to his clients not just as an advisor, but as a fellow business owner who understands the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship.

He and his wife, Nicole, live in the Phoenix area with their two daughters and enjoy every opportunity to explore the outdoors together as a family.
