Introduction
Sean Lauer is a Certified Restaurant Broker® with We Sell Restaurants Central Minnesota, bringing more than a decade of hands-on restaurant ownership experience to every transaction. As the former owner of three successful restaurants and bars in the St. Cloud area, Sean understands the operational, financial, and emotional sides of buying and selling restaurants.
Sean is a licensed Minnesota real estate professional and a seasoned entrepreneur with a master’s degree in business management and an emphasis in accounting. His unique blend of analytical expertise and client-focused service allows him to guide buyers and sellers through complex transactions with clarity, integrity, and confidence.
Known for his market knowledge and unwavering commitment to his clients, Sean has built a strong reputation throughout Central Minnesota for delivering results while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Based in Central Minnesota, Sean lives with his wife, Vicky, and their six children, and is a proud grandparent. Outside of work, he is an avid Minnesota Timberwolves season ticket holder and enjoys spending time on the golf course. Sean brings a family-first mindset, entrepreneurial insight, and professional excellence to helping clients achieve their restaurant ownership goals.
