    Born and raised in Massachusetts, Tim graduated from Renssellaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a minor in economics. He has worked in various capacities from software developer through technical manager in the information technology field, including stints at IBM, Barnett Bank, Merrill Lynch and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Later in his career, Tim’s focus shifted from technology to real estate, and he owns and manages multiple commercial properties. Tim has also overseen and participated in the construction of two residences, and he has coordinated waterfront construction and dredging projects with the various regulatory agencies. He is keenly aware of the need to approach any real estate project with an organized process and plan.     Tim brings over 25 years of real estate experience in the Jacksonville and First Coast markets.. He has worked extensively in commercial venues including business sales, land sales and acquisitions, retail, office and industrial sales and leasing, including coordinating build-to-suits. Prior to his real estate career, Tim was in upper management in both the private and public sectors for 22 years, including two terms within the South Carolina Office of the Governor. In that capacity, Tim was the administrator for both the Developmental Disabilities and Genetic Diseases programs. He attended Barton College and the University of North Carolina and, afterwards, completed graduate studies at the University of South Carolina.
