As owner and Principal Broker of the Springfield-Branson office of VR Business Sales, Jerry specializes in the ownership transfer of privately-held companies, and has facilitated the sale or acquisition of numerous businesses in Missouri. His company serves the central and southern areas of Missouri.
Jerry brings a wealth of experience and education to each project from his broad background in marketing, finance, and operations. His over forty years of experience has been in industries as diverse as manufacturing and distribution, food service, automotive, agriculture, retail, franchises, education and publishing. He has owned a number of businesses, which provides him with a personal understanding of the considerations and concerns of both buyers and sellers.
