Broker Biography
Introduction
Mr. Diaz has worked in the south Florida market since 1994. He services both business brokerage and commercial properties while specializing in Multi-Family, Office, and Light Industrial. He is experienced in property management, buyer/seller representation, landlord/tenant representation, and commercial real estate financing. He is committed to personal one-on-one attention as well as the current use of industry technology. Business brokerage and commercial real estate is his business and takes pride in keeping current in all aspects of the industry. He serves primarily in the Broward and Palm Beach counties areas. Mr. Diaz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Thomas University. Further, he earned the CCIM, CPM, and CRB professional designations.
