I am Dan Fagan and was for 18 years an owner and operator of restaurants and bars in New Jersey and then out here in California. I have run corporate restaurant operations with sales between $6-$14 million annually as well as mom and pop shops. I transitioned into real estate and consulting about 23 years ago and have been assisting clients in their growth plans for one operation or multiple locations in multiple markets throughout the USA and abroad.
