He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and brings a strategic, value-driven approach to every transaction. Sal co-founded Transworld Business Advisors in Quebec, successfully scaling and exiting the business before relocating to Florida. He also managed a real estate investment fund, overseeing acquisitions, operations, and an eventual profitable exit. Earlier in his career, Sal held roles in Strategy and Sales at a global engineering consultancy (K&A), and served as a key executive for a major development firm where he contributed to the sale of over two million square feet of mixed-use real estate. He also worked as an investment specialist at Cushman & Wakefield. Notably, Sal led the sale of several large-scale enterprises, including a 5-star hotel valued at over $100 million. He has also owned and successfully exited businesses in the fashion retail and food & beverage sectors. Sal holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
