I ended up with four stores and interests in a furniture store, landscaping company, and a restaurant. After twenty five years of working for myself, I sold my last Pet Supply Company in 2000. By 2003 I was Vice-President in charge of the commercial division of Watson Realty Corp. here in Jacksonville, Florida until 2007. We brokered small businesses, commercial real estate, land for development, and multi-family projects including condos and apartments. In 2007 I came to Transworld , and over the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of helping people to either get into a business or exit a business.
