Bill Luce served as the President of Transworld Business Advisors from 2010 to 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in business sales and executive management. Bill began his career with United Franchise Group in 1994 as the Director of Franchise Development, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing a comprehensive franchise sales system. This system encompassed advertising, lead generation, software integration, and franchise prospect management. Under Bill’s leadership, Transworld Business Advisors has grown into a globally recognized brand, and the world leader in the business brokerage industry. Transworld has experienced explosive growth while continuing to thrive in an industry marked by the rapid expansion of franchising. His commitment to strengthening the foundation of the company has been instrumental in driving its domestic and international success. Sal co-founded Transworld Business Advisors in Quebec, successfully scaling and exiting the business before relocating to Florida. He also managed a real estate investment fund, overseeing acquisitions, operations, and an eventual profitable exit. Earlier in his career, Sal held roles in Strategy and Sales at a global engineering consultancy (K&A), and served as a key executive for a major development firm where he contributed to the sale of over two million square feet of mixed-use real estate. He also worked as an investment specialist at Cushman & Wakefield. Notably, Sal led the sale of several large-scale enterprises, including a 5-star hotel valued at over $100 million. He has also owned and successfully exited businesses in the fashion retail and food & beverage sectors. Sal holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
