Business owners spend years building companies that represent their hard work, vision, and financial future. When the time comes to buy, sell, or transition a business, the stakes are high and the process can be complex. My role as a business broker is to guide entrepreneurs through that transition with strategy, confidentiality, and professionalism, helping them protect the value they’ve built while positioning them for the next chapter of their journey.
Selling a business is often the culmination of years or decades of hard work. For many owners, their company represents not only a financial asset but also a significant part of their identity and legacy. Managing income-producing properties requires a strong understanding of financial performance, operational efficiency, tenant relationships, and long-term asset management.
Through property management, I gained firsthand experience overseeing operations, coordinating maintenance and vendor relationships, managing budgets, and ensuring that properties function efficiently as income-producing assets. These experiences translate directly into business brokerage, where evaluating operational systems, understanding revenue streams, and identifying cost structures are essential components of determining value.
Confidentiality is one of the most critical elements in any business sale. Business owners must be able to explore their options without disrupting employees, vendors, or customers. I use structured processes to ensure that sensitive information is shared only with vetted, qualified buyers who have demonstrated both financial capability and legitimate interest.

David Bryan is a Business Broker with Transworld Business Advisors – Las Vegas South. David has over twenty years of business experience in the fields of software and hardware development, electronics manufacturing, medical devices, real estate, and healthcare. His experience includes jobs at large corporations in addition to smaller start-ups, where he was able to help three different businesses go public. He has overseen the development of product lines whose sales are measured in the tens of millions and prior to becoming a business broker, he spent the previous seven years as President of International Operations for an electronics manufacturer, spending a great deal of time in Asian factories and business offices procuring business partnerships and ensuring that quality standards and product specifications are met. In addition to working for others, David has owned and operated several businesses including an auto repair shop, waste services company, multi-state vending operation, and real estate investment company.
