Leslie Perez is a Senior Business Advisor in the Houston office with over 12 years as Sr. Product Manager and Director of Product Management at several large Oil and Gas corporations in Houston Texas. These positions included developing business strategy and evaluating and recommending technologies and strategic acquisitions that enhance the company’s product lines which grew through an aggressive M&A. Leslie’s education has not only included an MBA but he also has a technical background with a BS – Mechanical Engineering and over 20 years’ experience as a design engineer and engineering manager for the O&G and Industrial Markets.
My M&A experience also includes acquisition integration and accelerating value creation by leveraging the strengths of the merging companies including people, products and processes. My Product Management experience includes a strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle (cradle to grave) and new product development from concept to successful commercialization. I look forward to working with entrepreneurs and business owners to meet their growth strategy and financial goals through buying or selling their business or technology.
