As a partner of B2B CFO, Guillermo facilitated the sale of a major stake of a clients business to a publicly traded company for a value that exceeded nearly 300% of prior offers. He also served as Board Chairman of Express Microfinanzas SAS, a Bogota Colombia Microfinance Institution. In this capacity, he oversaw the sale of the company to a much larger company who wanted to enter the Colombia market.
