Katie has started, grown, and sold a successful house cleaning franchise with 45 employees, 750 customers, and $1.5 million in revenues. She is currently the owner of a successful salon franchise, a Franchise Advisory Council Member, a Franchise Marketing Council Member and was recently selected as a Multi-Unit Franchise Partner of The Year.

    Wayne Blease is an accomplished entrepreneur and business professional with over 30 years experience in the restaurant and real estate industries.
