For over 29 years, he worked in the Petrochemical industry managing Supply Chain asset portfolios in excess of $1B, and completing Supply Chain projects in the US, Europe and Asia. Having worked on many deals with a variety of cultures and businesses, it was a natural transition into the business advisory field.

Prior to Transworld, Caroline was a partner in a $150 million, mixed-use commercial real estate development in Dallas as well as the head of land sales, where she specialized in complex land entitlement and development projects. Caroline is a former chemical engineer who has built manufacturing plants $20MM-$150MM. Her favorite project is expanding the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream line and getting access to unlimited ice cream. Caroline also worked in procurement where she negotiated $10MM contracts. During Covid, Caroline started up a consulting business where she successfully assisted 24 different companies in growing their businesses during the pandemic. She successfully launched and marketed each of these businesses' products online yielding increased revenues of double to quadruple pre-pandemic figures. Caroline is a Texas-licensed real estate agent with a specialty in helping senior citizens with farm and ranch land sales.
