Sherri helps entrepreneurs buy and sell their companies. She manages the deal structure, works with lenders and landlords, and lawyers to ensure a smooth transaction and a smooth transition. Sherri has called Raleigh home since 1990. She has extensive experience in helping clients through negotiations, financing, buyer/seller meetings, and strategically closing deals on both buy and sell sides within a vast array of industries. 
Sherri is also a member of the regional CVBBA association and the North Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.   She has successfully started and managed a small business for over 15 years. As an entrepreneur and with her extensive business background, and networking relationships, Sherri’s experience in working with business owners through the many steps involved in closing deals has led to happy sellers and win-win situations over the years.
