Lauren has operated several businesses of her own, including a sign and graphic design studio, a project management consulting firm, and a commercial flooring company. She understands small businesses and works closely with her sellers and buyers.
She and her husband relocated to Chattanooga over 10 years ago and has actively volunteered at the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. She led one of the local branches to be named "Council of the Year 2021-2022" serving as President. They have three grown children and share a home with two retired Greyhound racers.

He then went on to do work for Emerald Youth Foundation, where he continues to serve as the East/South Area Sports and Recreation Director. Chris has also served on committees for the YWCA and the Knoxville Area Urban League Young Professionals group.
