His love of entrepreneurism began when he co-founded a technology company just after college. That business sold several years later, allowing him the opportunity to join a wealth management firm. Under his leadership as President/COO, that business more than tripled its number of employees, acquired and fully transitioned six other companies in a four-year period and experienced double-digit profitability growth every year. He and the company were recognized as the #1 Small Business to Work for in Oklahoma by OKC Biz, received the Beacon Award for Charitable Influence from the Journal Record and was awarded the coveted Business Leadership Award in 2015 from Leadership Oklahoma.

Having had personal experience representing both sides of several business deals in the past, he is uniquely qualified to guide sellers through the selling process and buyers through the acquisition and transition processes.
