Not only was I blessed to farm and ranch alongside my family, I also had the good fortune to work in sales for my family’s company, Ritchey Livestock ID, traveling throughout the US and Canada selling livestock identification and roping products. I am a Denver area native who grew up in a family that owned a small business for over 25 years. I worked for my family’s business from the age of 8 through college and I have owned my own businesses, over the years, as well. I also have 18+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, in Colorado, working in all aspects of commercial real estate including with landlords, tenants, and developers. In a previous career, I was responsible for identifying target markets, locations, negotiating leases and opening 45 Tokyo Joe’s restaurants in 4 states over a 16 year period. I am a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver with a major in Marketing. We offer services throughout Colorado, New Mexico & Wyoming and are currently the #1 business brokerage firm in the Rocky Mountain region.
